How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Kashni account at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the Kashni app and sign in.

  2. Go to Profile.

  3. Tap Delete Account.

  4. Confirm your decision when prompted.

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.

If You Can't Access the App

If you are unable to sign in to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing apifiny2@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Kashni account.

Subject: Account Deletion Request

We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, age, bio, preferences, etc.)

  • Your profile photos and other uploaded images

  • Your conversations and messages

  • Salams sent and received

  • Pass records

  • Your favorites, blocked users, and profile visit history

  • Your account credentials and authentication records

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data associated with your account after deletion, except where retention is required by applicable law or to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
