Concept X – O & A Level Maths



Concept X ("we", "us") operates the Concept X – O & A Level Maths app (the "App"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Your name, email address and phone number (optional) when you register.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We never see your Google password.
A unique account ID and the date you created your account.
2. Information kept only on your device
Your bookmarks, watch history, downloaded lectures and app settings stay on your phone. They are not sent to us.

3. How we use your information
We use it to create your account, let you sign in, show your profile, provide lessons and past papers, keep the App secure and improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.

4. Services we use

Google Firebase for sign-in and storing your account details.
Google Sign-In if you choose to log in with Google.

5. Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers and is encrypted in transit. Only you can read your profile.

6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and profile. If you cannot open the App, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

7. Children
The App is for students, and some may be under 18. Users under 18 should use the App with a parent's or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child's account at any time.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will tell you in the App about any important change.
