Child Safety & Protection Policy


At Kashni (operated by Apifiny), we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and any form of minor endangerment. Kashni is strictly designed as a marriage and nikkah-focused platform for adults aged 18 and older.

1. Age Restriction & Verification

  • 18+ Requirement: Kashni is exclusively intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and seeking serious marriage partners. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, browsing, or using the service.

  • Identity Verification: To enforce this restriction and maintain a safe environment, every profile on Kashni must undergo identity verification, including a mandatory liveness check , before the account is activated. Any account identified as belonging to or operated by a minor will be immediately terminated.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy & Prohibited Content

Kashni strictly prohibits the creation, storage, transmission, or facilitation of:

  • Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

  • Grooming behaviors, predatory communications, or any form of child exploitation.

3. In-App Safety & Reporting Mechanisms

We provide members with tools to protect themselves and report concerns immediately:

  • In-App Reporting: Every profile and direct conversation on Kashni includes a built-in report option. Members can report suspicious accounts, underage users, or harmful behavior with a single tap.

  • Mutual Consent: Messaging only opens when both verified adult members mutually agree to connect, preventing unsolicited interactions.

4. Moderation & Law Enforcement Reporting

  • Proactive Moderation: Reports submitted by users are prioritized and reviewed by our moderation team. Accounts found in violation of our child safety standards are permanently banned.

  • Reporting to Authorities: In compliance with applicable global and regional child safety laws, Kashni immediately reports any instances or suspected cases of CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant regional or national law enforcement agencies.

Kashni - Account Deletion Method

How to Delete Your Account You can permanently delete your Kashni account at any time by following these steps: Open the Kashni app and sign in. Go to Profile . Tap Delete Account . Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.
