 How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Concept X - O&A Level Maths account at any time by following these steps:

Open the Concept X - O&A Level Maths app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your decision when prompted.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted immediately after confirmation.

If You Can't Access the App
If you are unable to sign in to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing apifiny2@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Concept X - O&A Level Maths account.
Subject: Account Deletion Request


What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, email , saved lectures etc.)
