Concept X – O & A Level Maths



By creating an account or using the Concept X – O & A Level Maths app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who can use the App
The App is for students preparing for O Level and A Level Maths, and for their parents or guardians. Users under 18 should have a parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

Give correct information when you register.
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not share your account with anyone.
3. Using the content
The lectures, for your personal study only. You may not:

record, screenshot, copy or share any content;
upload the content to social media, WhatsApp groups or websites;
use the content for tuition, classes or any business.


4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, try to hack or copy it, use bots, or give false information.

5. Ownership
The App, its content and the Concept X name and logo belong to Concept X.
Concept X is independent and is not connected to or approved by any exam board.

6. Educational disclaimer
We try to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that you will get any particular exam result.

7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.

8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, for example by sharing the account or the content.

9. Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. We will tell you in the App about any important change. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the App, as far as the law allows.
